A packing box for CRT is provided to be assembled and disassembled, and reduce retrieving cost by disassembling the packing box for CRT when retrieving the packing box for CRT after stacking and sending the panels. The packing box for CRT includes a pillar portion and a side wall portion(2). In the pillar portion, a bottom portion for supporting the bottom surface of a corner of a panel is formed, and a wall surface(7) bending upwardly along the bottom surface of the corner to support the vertical load of the panel is formed. In the side wall portion(2), a side wall for supporting the side of the panel is formed and a bottom portion is formed to be depressed. Assembling surfaces are formed on ends of both sides of the pillar portion and the side wall portion. On the assembling surface, plural coupling recesses and protrusions(11) are formed to be attached to and detached from each other.
