Benzotriazepines as gastrin and cholecystokinin (CCK) receptor ligands

Use of benzotriazepine compounds of formula (I) wherein: W is N or N+ -O- and R1 to R5 are as defined in the specification, in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of gastrin related disorders such as gastrointestinal disorders is disclosed. These benzotriazepine compounds of formula (I) are suitable as gastrin and cholecystokinin (CCK) receptor ligands.
