<p>PURPOSE:To enable efficient printing, by automatic control of power supply with the power supply controlling circuit so that the power supply is fed to the printer, when detected output is produced, in the terminal printer used for the output unit of electronic computer. CONSTITUTION:The reception circuit 2 receives the information signal transmitted intermittently, the signal processing circuit 3 separates the data signal from the received information signal and identifies the terminal identifying signal, and produces the detection signal when the terminal identifying signal of itself is detected. Further, the printer 5 prints the content according to the data signal, and the power supply controlling circuit 10 controls the power supply automatically so that the power is supplied to the printer when the detected output is produced. Thus, while the information signal addressed to the printer 5 of itself intermittently transmitted is received, the power consumption for the printer is made, allowing to perform efficient printing.</p> |
