Furnace blacks with low structures were prepd. Thus at the 1st stage. such a fuel as methane and an oxidant reacted to form a stream of combustion gases corresponding to a combustion equiv. ratio 1.25 to 0.33, and generate sufficient energy for carbon black formation from hydrocarbons. At the 2nd stage, the fuel gases are injected crosswise into the atream from the 1st stage. At the 3rd phase, the mixt. entered into a reaction zone inwhich oxidant is injected with hydrocarbon for an equivalence ratio of 1.25 to 0.
