PURPOSE:To enable the execution of pouring work by one worker by moving forward the truck which selectively suspends a ladle in the same direction at the same speed, moving the same forward and backward at a faster speed and doing others through pushbutton switch operation. CONSTITUTION:Electric power source is turned on by pushing the button A of a pushbutton switch board 17 disposed near a ladle 12. A truck 2 is moved forward or backward at a high speed to be approached to the mold while pushing the button D or button E according to the relative positions of the mold to be poured and the truck 2. When the mold and ladle 12 align, the button D or E is released and the button F is pushed. Since this causes the ladle 12 to begin to move at the same speed as that of the mold, a handle 14 is operated to tilt the ladle 12 and pour molten metal into the mold. Upon completion of the pouring, the handle 14 is operated to return the ladle 12 and at the same time the button G is pushed to stop the low speed forwaed movement, then the truck 2 is moved backward at a high speed by pushing the button E. When the next mold and the ladle 12 align, the button E is released and at this same instant, the button F is pushed. Thereafter, the similar operations are repeated. |
