PURPOSE:To achieve higher image resolving capacity and image quality by using photoconductive toners and performing treatment through repetition of exposure process and developing process. CONSTITUTION:Polystyrene balls 21 are used as nuclei and the coating film layer 22 of thicknesses 2-3mum composed of zinc oxide powder, alumina powder, dye sensitizers and silicone resins is formed thereon to form the photoconductive toner particles of grains 50mum or less. Next, the photoconductive toners are evenly sprayed over the entire surface of plain paper to a thickness of several layers, after which the photoconductive toner layer is charged by corona discharge. Next, after the exposure by a stationary lens 31, either of a method of scanning an air knife 32 or a method of operating an air knife 42 cooperatively at the time of performing scanning and exposure by the use of an optical fiber 41 is used. By repeating this process, the images of high resolving capacity and good image quality perfectly removed of the unnecessary toners may be obtained. |
