PURPOSE:To adhere to a working part satisfactorily as an unstable suspended condition as well as to make it possible to use repeatedly, by a method wherein an oil or wax-containing lubricating oil component is processed at a temp. of below m.p. thereof to form a stable aqueous suspension and this aqueous suspension is supplied during metal plastic working at a temp. of above m.p. thereof. CONSTITUTION:(A) A lubricating oil component containing 10-100wt% of a mixture of one or more of an oil and/or wax with m.p.of 20-100 deg.C is suspended in water at a temp. of below m.p. of (A) in a solid condition by using (B) one or more of a water-soluble dispersing agent selected from (a) an anionic high-molecular surface active agent with MW of 250-25,000 and (b) a polyoxyethylene type surface active agent with MW of 3,000-20,000 and HLB of above 18 and supplied to a working place during metal plastic working process at a temp. of above m.p. of (A) or supplied to a working place heated to a temp. of above m.p. of (A). After lubricating, said suspension is recovered and cooled below m.p. of (A) by natural cooling, a heat exchanger or the like to return to a stable suspended condition again and reused. |
