PURPOSE:A nonmedical external preparation, e.g. a cosmetic or detergent, without causing dermatopathy, e.g. liver-spot, ephelis, or rash, even in a long-term use, and comprising (A) a gene damage inhibitor, contained in animals, plants, and chemical substances, and (B) a cosmetic or detergent base. CONSTITUTION:A nonmedical external preparation comprising (A) a gene damage inhibitor, e.g. Solcoseryl or Cellryl, which is a protein-free extract from the whole calf blood, contained in animals, plants, and chemical substance, and (B) a cosmetic or detergent base. EFFECT:The comparison between the gene repair and nonrepair microorganisms (WP2) and (WP100) selected as the gene damaging materials on exposure to ultraviolet rays and mitomycin shows that the number of survival of microorganisms is larger in the presence than in the absence of the celluryl (Se). |
