A laser beam irradiating apparatus for lipo-dissolution is provided to dissolute fat cell without a skin incision or bleeding, and edema, contusion, pain, and dimpling symptoms, and to treat fatness for a short time by irradiating a laser beam so as not to be invaded in a blood vessel. The laser beam irradiating apparatus includes two single probes(10,10') and two multi probes(20,20'). The single probe comprises a laser diode for a laser beam of 630-680nm embedded in an aluminum case, a heatproof plate mounted around the laser diode, a control board connected to a lower part of the laser diode, and a connector connected to the control board. The multi-probe comprises four laser diodes of a laser beam of 630-680nm embedded in an aluminum case, a heatproof plate mounted around the laser diodes, a control board connected to a lower part of the laser diodes, and a connector connected to the control board.
