PURPOSE:To raise the purity of color by preventing fogging phenomenon by gradually reducing the effective relative humidity of photosensitive film in the inside of face panel in each dry process of the first, second, and third color processes. CONSTITUTION:The moisture in the air is absorbed in a light-exposure portion in the of the film-forming process first color fluorescent substance of a photosensitive resin to make it adhesive, and then the first color fluorescent substance powder is adhered to the adhesive light-exposure portion thus obtained. Then, the effective relative humidity in the process in which the powder of the second color fluorescent substance powder is adhered is made smaller than that of the process in which the powder of the first color fluorescent substance is adhered. Then, the effective relative humidity in the process in which the powder of the third color fluorescent substance is adhered is smaller than that of the process in which the powder of the second color fluorescent substance is adhered. |
