PURPOSE:To simplify assembling work by a method wherein a vertical yoke is provided outside the wound wire; a magnetic steel plate is arranged radially on the end surface; a horizontal yoke is provided by inserting a perforated insulating material in a wedge shape; and the vertical yoke and the wound wire are tightened together after passing a spring through the hole made in the horizontal yoke. CONSTITUTION:A vertical yoke 9 on which a magnetic steel plate is spirally wound outside wound wire outside the leg 3 of an iron core is arranged in the shape of a concentric circle. Horizontal yokes 10A, 10B are arranged on the end surface of the yoke 9. The radially arranged magnetic steel plate and a perforated insulating plate 11 in a wedge shape inserted are moulded into one body. Springs 13B, 13C are passed into a hole 12, and a plate 14B is passed, then the yoke 9 is held down by a plate 14A, and a spring 13A is arranged between the plates 14A, 14B to hold down the plate 14B. The plates 14A, 14C are tightened with a stud 8 and nut 8A. The hole 12 is used for an oil inlet and drawing out a lead wire. With this construction, tightening of the vertical yoke is simple and certain, while the manufacture of the vertical yoke is extremely simplified. |
