It is characterized in that the support has a moisture permeability of 100-800 (g/m2/24 h), the moisture-permeable film has a thickness of 5-45 mum, the amount of the adhesive used is 1-10 g/m2, and the drug-containing plaster comprises 0.01-20 mass% drug, 0.1-20 mass% product of partial neutralization of polyacrylic acid, and 30-60 mass% water. The hydrous adhesive patch has a good appearance immediately after the production and during wear and is highly convenient.
