The envelope is of a normal shape and has three flaps which are gummed down and a fourth flap which can be sealed down to close the envlope. The envelope is fitted with three cords which are pre-positioned along the two ends and across the open flaps. One end of each cord is fixed to the envelope while the other end protrudes from the envelope and is knotted or covered with plastics. The wire adds a negligible weight to the envelope.
