<p>A process for preparing a prothrombin complex concentrate is disclosed. The process, wherein, starting from a prothrombin complex source, an absorption is followed by an elution, is characterized by the fact that a prothrombin complex source is brought in contact with an antithrombin source (III) (or ATIII) with an absorbing agent capable of absorbing both the prothrombin complex and the antithrombin (III), that is carried out, at least during the elution phase, in the presence of heparin, and in that the elution is effected with an elution agent capable of eluting the prothrombin complex, the AT(III) and the heparin. Application of this product particularly to the treatment of the deficiencies of blood coagulation. </p> |
