The window cleaning implement incorporates a water duct and consists of a brush or mop, with a preferably telescopic long handle along which is fixed a hose. One end of the hose is attached to the cleaning tool, and the other end to the water supply. A water container is fixed to the handle, with its outlet facing downwards when in its operating position. A rotary spool valve is fixed to the handle and has a hose fixed between it and the water container. A hose conveys the water to the cleaner head.
