The pharmaceutical products contain as active ingredients a compound of the formula <IMAGE> in which X is hydrogen, X1 is optionally etherified hydroxyl and X2 is thio or sulphinyl, or in which X and X1 together form a bond and X2 is thio, or a pharmaceutically utilisable salt thereof with a base and 2,6-bis(diethanolamino)-4,8-dipiperidinopyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine or 2,6-bis(diethanolamino)-4-piperidinopyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine or a pharmaceutically utilisable acid addition salt thereof, and have antithrombotic properties superior to the summed effects of the individual components. |
