PURPOSE:To secure generation of the carrier having the optimum phase even to either the large or small signal point, by giving the control to the phase rotational amount of the input line spectrum signal in accordance with the scale of the amplitude of the modulated signal. CONSTITUTION:The signal containing the line spectrum is applied to terminal 200. On the other hand, envelope curve detector 208 detects the modulated signal of a small amplitude which is received at terminal 207. Then variable attenuators 202 and 206 are made conductive; while attenuators 201 and 205 are made nonconductive respectively. As a result, the line spectrum having the phase of theta1 is stored in BPF204. Then when the modulated signal of a large amplitude is received, attenuators 201 and 205 are made conductive along with 202 and 206 made nonconductive each. And thus the line spectrum having the phase of theta3 is stored in BPF203. And in the case of the intermediate amplitude, attenuators 205 and 206 are set to the intermediate attenuation amount. Thus the line spectra having phases theta3, theta1 and theta2 emerge at terminal 210 in case the amplitude of the modulated signal is large, small and medium respectively. |
