PURPOSE:To prevent generation of excessive stress or deformation on the membrane by absorbing relative displacement between the side part and the bottom part by the deformation of the membrane receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:A bridge of the arc shaped membrane receiving plate 10 is provided between the lower part inside of the side part body 5 and the anchor block 9 which constitutes the bottom part body, and the corner part of the membrane 3 is contacted with and supported by the inner surface of the membrane receiving plate 10. Although the membrane receiving plate 10 deforms, the length of the member between the anchor members at both ends does not change, and the deformation and relative displacement of the body is easily absorbed by flexural deformation, in its turn, deformation of the membrane 3, and the generation of the excessive stress or deformation of the membrane 3 can be prevented. |
