PURPOSE:To eliminate the signal break in the case of the carry for the correcting device to be added to the signal recorder, by giving the increment or decrement by 1/2 full scale to the signal which varies at the point near the upper and lower limits of the output. CONSTITUTION:The digital signal sent from signal generator 1 of 16 bits is selected to 10 bits via change-over switch 2 to be supplied to D-A converter 3. In this case, inverter 4 is connected previously to the highest rank bit of converter 3, and inverter 4 is inserted or cut off via mannual switch 5. In this way, the output is inverted with turn-on of switch 5 and kept at the highest rank with turn-off of switch 5 respectively. As a result, the position shift can be eliminated in the course of recording while increasing the sensitivity with use of converter 3. To secure more minute division, the shift can be set to 1/4, 1/8 and the like from the full scale. |
