An information processing device is provided to perform a scrambling operation on a deformed stream at accurate timing with high accuracy and to prevent protection of data which is not required to be protected. An information processing device(10) comprises a first control circuit(12), a second control circuit(13), and a third control circuit(14). The first control circuit has a coded input stream data decoding function and a coded information deformation detecting function, and gives a deformation flag to the deformed data when the deformation is detected. The second control circuit performs a predetermined operation to the output data of the first control circuit, and gives the deformation information to the controlled data when the deformation flag is given to the applicable data. The third control circuit receives the output data of the second control circuit and controls the received data by a normal control method when the deformation information is not given to the received data. The received data is controlled differently by a different control method when the deformation information is given to the received data. |
