PURPOSE:To satisfy the demanded capacity by a small step mortor, and to well drive the regulating valve resisting the spring load by providing the driving circuit which drives the step mortor and the oscillation circuit which inputs pulse signals to the clock terminal. CONSTITUTION:The return spring 3 which is constituted of the torsion spring is mounted on the shaft 2, and the regulating valve 1 is activated in full closed direction. The control circuit 10 is to drive the step motor 5, and the output signal of the opening sensor 6 and the output signal of the operating rate sensor 8 to detect the rate of operation of the acceleration pedal 7 of the car are input to said control circuit 10. The control circuit 10, roughly speaking, is constituted of the direction judging circuit to judge the driving direction of the step motor 5, the oscillation circuit to determine the driving speed of the step motor 5, and the driving circuit to control exciting current of said motor 5. |
