<p>The arrangement is intended for uniformly spreading a liquid (1) held in a container (2). The container has a closable opening (3), in which a partly protruding plug (10) is arranged, consisting of a resilient porous material, preferably foamed plastics, through which the liquid can pass. The projecting face of the plug is covered by a layer of flaked material (13), whilst the inner end of the plug is separated from the inside of the container by a wall (6) of a stopper (7) which closes the opening and has a number of orifices (9) through which the liquid can pass into the plug.</p> |
