<p>The hay-making machine is for swathing and turning and has two spaced rotary rakes which have tine carrying arms which are supported so that they can pivot about their axis by means of a control device so that the tines pivot up and down on a sector of the arc of circulation. The rotary rakes (3, 4) are arranged such that their tine paths of motion continuously intersect. The tine support arms (9, 10) of both rakes (3, 4) are supported at the same height and the tine arms of one rake hub (7) are cut off at their tine-carrying part (9b). During side swathing with the tines raised (11), these tine arms rotate over the other rotary rakes (4).</p> |
