发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHODS OF CARBON-SUPPORTED MULTIMETALLIC CATALYSTS AND ELECTROCATALYSTS FOR FUEL CELLS USING THE SAME
摘要 A method for manufacturing a multi-component metal catalyst supporting carbon and an electrode catalyst for a fuel cell using the same are provided to improve efficiency and reaction stability of the catalyst even with using few active metal components, by supporting bimetallic compound particles on a carbon supporter and supporting the active metal components directly on the bimetallic compound particles. Bimetallic compound particles are supported on a surface of a carbon supporter. The carbon supporter is dispersed in a solvent to form a slurry solution. A pH value of the slurry solution is regulated at a range between an isoelectric point of the bimetallic compound and an isoelectric point of the carbon supporter. Active metal catalyst precursors are added and dissociated in the pH-regulated slurry solution to adsorb anionic or cationic metal precursors on surfaces of the bimetallic compound particles. The active metal catalyst precursors are liquid phase reduction or gas phase reduction.
