PURPOSE:To secure the quick recovery for the congestion by giving the control to the information transfer against the storage converter under congestion via the adjacent storage converter. CONSTITUTION:The continuous congestion occurring storage converter 21 is detected by congestion detector 41 to be displayed on congestion state display unit 47 in the form of the continuous congestion state. At the same time, the continuous congestion is informed to adjacent storage converters 25 and 26, and then the congestion state of converter 21 is displayed on adjacent congestion state display units 57 and 58. As a result, converters 25 and 26 stop the signal transmission to converter 21 and then wait for the recovery of the congestion while storing the signal into the units of their own. When the congestion is recovered for converter 21, the recovery is detected by detector 41 to set unit 47 under the control state before the transmission control. At the same time, the congestion release signal is informed to converters 25 and 26, and the display of the congestion on units 57 and 58 is erased for converter 21 to release the transmission control. |
