The nestingly stackable packing container, esp. a beaker (10), consists of coated cardboard. Its side wall (12) converges from the top opening (22) to a bottom rim and is sealed to a raised bottom (14). The small space (24) below the bottom is closed by a removable disc (26). The container interior (21) is sealed by a removable lid (23) below the top rim (22). The disc (26) has a diameter equal to the outside diameter at the bottom rim and is fixed by adhesive. It can be removed by prising apart at the edge by a finger nail, or a lip formed by a perforation in its surface.
