PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent messages from being distributed erroneously, by transferring originating information, which an originating subscriber inputs, to the terminating side through two routes and by connecting it to the terminating subscriber after confirmation of agreement between originating information of both routes. CONSTITUTION:When originating subscriber A dials a special number by telephone set 1A, subscriber's line exchange 4A connects it to exchange 5A for facsimile FAX communication. Exchange 5A stores this receiving information not only in 8A but also in originating information storage unit 11B of FAX exchange 5B in the terminating side through originating information transmission/receiving control units 14A and 14B. Originating information stored in unit 8A and FAX informarion from FAX terminal 2A are stored in FAX storage conversion unit 6A and are stored receiving-side FAX storage conversion unit 6B through repeating storage conversion unit 21. Originating information stored in unit 6B is stored in originating information storage unit 8B, and after that, this information is compared with information of unit 11B by originating information comparison unit 20B; and when they agree with each other, automatic terminating connection to FAX terminal 2B is performed through exchange 4B. |
