PURPOSE:To obtain a picture image having no color shift or flickering, by employing a material having high attenuation for the shadow mask itself thereby forming the shadow mask not to be a curved face but a planar shape. CONSTITUTION:Stainless steel or aluminum alloy is employed for the shadow mask to elute the crystal particle at the superficial section or the material existing along the proximity, to produce a porous superficial section having vibration-proof function. Since the transient vibration characteristic shows good attenuation and the shadow mask body can have planar shape, the curving face work isn't required resulting in the improvement of the accuracy. |
