<p>PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance, the flame resistance, the strength and the electric insulating property by means of an insulation substrate in which the mixture of a specified inorganic powder and a thermosetting resin powder is combined with an inorganic fiber or a mica. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of an inorganic powder comprising an orthoboronic acid and a oxide or a calcium oxide and a thermosetting resin powder is combined with an inorganic fiber or a mica to make an insulation substrate. The substrate is inserted between the dies heated beforehand to be pressurized by heat. In this process, gas breathing is made at least once. Then, in the final stage of the treatment, it is cooled and the insulation molding is treated by heating. For the inorganic fiber, ideal are glass fiber and asbestos fiber. For the powder mixture, ideal is a blending of the orthoboronic acid 100wt% with the zinc oxide 5-150wt% and a thermosetting resin powder 8.2-62.5wt%.</p> |
