PRODUCTION OF EAVE GUTTER

PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion of the rainwater gutter with the uniforming of strain on both side rims of a metal sheet by inserting the sheet into the synthetic resin layer bent like U after the sheet delivered from the uncoiler is embossed. CONSTITUTION:A metal sheet 2 rolled is continuously fed to an embossing machine 5 from an uncoiler 1 to be embossed. The metal sheet 2 which is normally about 0.2mm thick, is continuously fed to a forming roll 4 after the embossing and bent gradually like U with a number of molding rolls 6. Then, the sheet 2 is introduced into an insert metal die to be inserted into the synthetic resin layer, and the gutter withdrawn is shaped by cooling with a sizing machine 10. Passing through the withdrawing machine 11, the gutter A is cut to a specified length with a cutter 18.
