PURPOSE:To attain an observation without adjusting measuring instruments, etc., by an operator by providing optical shutter spectacles to open and close by synchronizing with the video of two television cameras and a means to control light quantity recognized by an observer. CONSTITUTION:A video signal 16 made by mixing signals photographed by two right and left cameras for a stereoscopic television alternately for fields is sent to a vertical synchronizing signal separating circuit 17 and separated into synchronizing signals 18 here. The signals 18 are transmitted to a right and left shutters driving circuit 19 and 20 and by driving signals made here, the right and the left shutters of shutter spectacles 15 worn by the observer execute opening and closing actions alternately in proper timings. The observer observes the video having parallax on monitors 11 and 12 for the stereoscopic television and thus, obtains a stereoscopic image. When an observer 7 observes monitors for a one-eye television, etc., with his or her two eyes, the circuits 19 and 20 controls the light transmittance of the said shutter parts so that the intensity of the light recognized by the observer may be uniform. |
