PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of the subject device by a mechanism wherein corrugated paper and plane paper are laminated, an element is formed by spirally winding the laminated paper, and the element is wound in the direction reverse to the direction of rotation of a cylindrical element holder. CONSTITUTION:An element 13 is made up in such a manner that paper A27 is molded in a corrugated shape and used as the inside and plane paper B28 is stacked being employed as the outside. The element 13 is spirally wound in the direction Q reverse to the direction of rotation P of an element holder 29. Thus, a spiral is tightened when the element 13 is rotated, slackness is prevented, and the element can be used for a long term. Since the outer circumferential surface of a winding end is plane by positioning the corrugated paper A27 at the inside and the plane paper B28 at the outside, the end portion may be treated only by a tape, handling is easy, and productivity is improved. |
