PURPOSE:To make broad-range measurements possible by measuring the ratio of activation energy detected via each filter and also by freely changing combinations of the activation energy to be compared. CONSTITUTION:At a halfway point of the propagarion path of activation energy from a body to be measured to detecting element 8, rotary disk 3 is provided which has not less than three filters 6 differing in transmission wavelength. Then, the ratio of activation energy detected via each filter is measured and combinations of the activation energy to be compared are freely changed. |
