An electrodeless lighting system is provided to prevent leakage of microwaves from a waveguide and to improve light emitting efficiency by using a microwave leakage prevention member. A waveguide(140) is formed to guide an electromagnetic wave generated from a high frequency generation unit. A resonator is coupled with the waveguide in order to form a resonation mode. An electrodeless bulb(160) includes a light emitting part arranged at a center of the resonator to generate light and a supporting part for supporting the light emitting part. A motor unit(190) is coupled with the supporting part to rotate the electrodeless bulb. The motor unit is arranged at the outside of the waveguide. A center line formed along a longitudinal direction of the waveguide is separated from the center of the resonator.
