PURPOSE:To easily and surely cope at failure, by automatically performing initial set through the discrimination whether data destruction or not, depending whether the specified information of specified area of memory protected with the back up power supply is in agreement with the specified content at the main power supply ON or not. CONSTITUTION:In the register WR1 of RAM11 protected with the back up power supply, the data 9999, 101010... in hexadecimal notation is written at the end of initial set. Further, at the application of the main power supply, the memory content of the register WR1 is transferred to CPU10 and all the bits are 1. If the data are other than 9999, the data in RAM11 is judged as destroyed with the replacement of the back up power supply. Further, with the subroutine operation specified via the calculator, the initial set for RAM11 is automatically made and the countermeasure at failure development can easily and accurately be made. |
