PURPOSE:To protect a hanger from breakdown, by directly securing the hanger on a structure extending from an outside roof to prevent pendulum motion from being caused by an earthquake. CONSTITUTION:A hanger 8 is directly attached to an outside roof 4 so that no thin part is provided between the hanger and the outside roof. As a result, the hanger 8 does not perform pendulum action due to the horizontal jolting of an earthquake and the vertical axis of the hanger is not easily deformed perpendicularly due to the compression of the hanger 8 and a movable rod 13 which is caused by their natural vibration. The hanger is thus protected from breakdown.
