<p>The replacement rear window pane for a car has a frame (7) clipped into the window sealing strip, after the rigid glass panel is unclipped, and with the frame supporting a flexible rear cover with a central transparent window (6). The rear flexible window pane can be opened for ventilation and rolled onto the rear parcel shelf. The frame has a profiled bead to locate inside the sealing strip lip. A sliding clasp fastener on three sides is operated from inside the car to open the window. The sliding clasp is protected on the outside by the overlapping flap of fabric. In winter the rigid glass pane can be refitted.</p> |
