PURPOSE:To decrease the number of elements and to reduce power consumption, by inputting the output of the pre-stage charge transfer element to the post-stage charge transfer element via the active element controlled with the clock signal. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors having an even number of suffix are sectioned into CO', CO'', C2', C2''... with desired ratio respectively, the cold end side of the capacitors CO', C2'... is mutually connected, and the cold end side of other capacitors CO'', C2''... is connected to the clock terminal 6. Further, the emitters of the complementary transistors 11, 12 are connected each other, and the connection point of the capacitors CO', C2' is connected to the connection point. Further, the bases of the transistors 11, 12 are mutually connected, and the clock signal phi1 and the signal phi1 in the same phase are fed to the connection point, output signal is picked up from the collector of one transistor 11 and it is fed to the charge transfer element at the next stage. |
