A method for diagnosing the changes of the intragastric pH provides for gastro-pH-monitoring with the aid of computer-assisted system of pH analysis inside the cavity. The method comprises the short-term (up to 30 minutes) basal topographic pH-metry throughout the canal of the stomach with the intervals of 1 cm from the cardial to pyloric sphincter. Express pH-gastromonitoring is performed. The alkaline reflux defined as the change of the intragastric pH from рН 3-5 (рН=0,9-2,2) towards the increment of the absolute pH values is assessed. The number of the alkaline refluxes (nW) is measured in the absolute values and their rates (vW) in U pH/cm in total and separately upon the insertion (nW↓, vW↓) and the removal (nW↑, vW↑) of pH-microprobe. |
