PURPOSE:To increase the linearity of the integrated waveform, by using the non- linear reactance element. CONSTITUTION:The resistor 2 and the varactor diode 3 constitute the integration circuit. Further, when the step voltage 1 is fed to the input side, the varactor diode 3 is charged up, and since the capacitance value of the varactor diode 3 is reduced according to the increase in the charging voltage, the charging current can linearly be decreased by taking the effect of capacitance reduction as a suitable function of the voltage, allowing to constitute the output voltage Cv as the waveform 4 which linearly increases to the time axis. |
