Locking device for push-button telephone - uses hinged cover over buttons fixed by lock on hinge

Unauthorised use of a push-button telephone is prevented by a hinged cover over the buttons. One part hooks under one side of the telephone and is shaped to fit closely over the buttons, with the hinge aligned with the corner of the telephone body. The other part hooks under the other side of the body and is locked in this position by a lock which prevents movement of the hinge. The cover over the buttons may have openings to permit use of the digits '0' and '1' for emergency calls.
