PURPOSE:To perform operation at a low sampling rate, high accuracy and high response, by feeding a current detection signal and a speed detection signal of a motor to a circuit combining a plurality of primary delay elements and proportional elements in a closed loop thereby estimating a torsional angle of shaft and speed of mechanical system. CONSTITUTION:Current signal Ia and speed signal omega1 of a motor are fed to a circuit comprising primary delay elements 11-16 and proportional elements 17-30 in closed loop in order to operate an estimated value theta' of torsional angle theta of shaft and an estimated value omega2' of load speed omega2 in a mechanical system. Consequently, estimating operation can be performed with high response even at a low sampling rate. |
