<p>The internal-gear pump comprises a housing contg. a fixed gear ring with internal teeth. An eccentric pinion meshes with the ring whilst it rotates, so that it carries out a precessing movement. The pinion has a central inlet which connects via a radial duct with the suction region between the meshing teeth, whilst another radial duct connects the pressure region with the central outlet. Inlet and outlet ducts are separated by an inclined partition near the centre.</p> |
