PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for vacuum contact, by discharging the air between the printing plate and film on an elastic plate while vibrating the printing plate through a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:When a film holder 1 on which a film 7 is adhered with cellophane tape 8 or the like on a glass plate 3 is pressed against a flexible elastic plate 16 provided on a substrate 15, an enclosed space is formed between the film 7 and a printing plate 10 glued to the elastic plate 16 through an expanding part 5 of a packing 4 of the holder 1. The air in this space is moved in the direction of air purge pipe 11 along with the vibration of the elastic plate 16 when a three-way valve 26 is changed over by a timer 29 to promote extraction, and is discharged in a short time from a through-hole 9 in the holder 1. Therefore, vacuum contacting of the film on the printing plate may be done securely in a short time. |
