PURPOSE:To perform a winding shaping and sticking of resin at the same time and also improve workability of a resin molding by a method wherein a movable plate which moves in correspondence with a resin pressure is installed inside an upper metal mold which is provided when a solid molding resin and an armature are placed in a metal mold to perform the resin molding. CONSTITUTION:A solid plate 4 of a thermosetting resin of the stage A added by an additive and an armature winding 1 are placed on a metal mold 3. An upper metal mold 7' on which a movable plate 10 is installed to the inside through a spring is lowered in a heated state, whereas a lower metal mold 8 is pushed up from the bottom to shape the armature winding 1 and aslo to dissolve the resin plate 4 to stick the armature winding 1 with the resinto form one body. This method improves the manufacturing efficiency by making it possible to perform a winding shaping and sticking of resin at the same time, and the workability by winding the resin into the armature winding at a certain pressure, and makes it possible to obtain an armature of good quality which has no wire breakage or the like. |
