PURPOSE:To perform shaping of a winding and anchoring of each portion at the same time to improve workability by a method wherein accessories are also placed in specified positions buried and fixed at the same time in a resin before performing a resin molding in which a solid molding resin and an armature are placed in a metal mold. CONSTITUTION:A solid plate 4 of a thermosetting resin of the stage A added by an additive and an armature winding 1 are placed on a metal mold 3, and furthermore accessories such as a resistance plate 5 for protection of a commutator, a magnet 8, a balance weight 11 and the like are placed in the specified positions. From above said arranged materials, a heated upper metal mold 9 is lowered, whereas a lower metal mold 10 is pushed up from below, to dissolve a resin plate 4 to perform formation of the armature winding 1, at the same time when sticking of the winding 1 and other accessories are carried out. This method makes it possible to perform the shaping and sticking of the armature winding 1 with a same metal mold and also the sticking of accessories as well as improving workability. |
