PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the buffer circuit by commonly using the inverter at the post stage as the impedance converting function. CONSTITUTION:When the output of the inverter section C is inverted from L to H at time T0, the PNP transistor TR1 of the SEPP type inverter section D at the next stage is OFF and the NPN transistor TR2 is ON, and the output at the point C is from H to L. Accordingly, the charging current flows to the capacitor C1 through the resistor R1 and the input at point (a) of the inverter IN1' is increased. The moment when the potential at the point (a) is equal to the threshold level at time T1, the output of IN1' is inverted from H to L, TR1 of the SEPP at next stage is ON and TR2 is OFF, and the output at point (c) is inverted instantly from L to H. Thus, the potential at the input of point (a) is instantly increased. Differentiated current flows to the capacitor C1 and resistor R1 between the time T1 and T2, the potential at point (a) is decreased, and when the potential at point (a) is lowered to the threshold level, the output of IN1' is inverted from L to H. |
