<p>Forms which have to be filled out in crosses or similar markings in a repetitive way, like applications for tax rebates or football pool coupons must be marked only in certain small boxes. This applies partic. when a football pool coupon is filled out by the same standard permutation every week. This work is facilitated and mistakes such as crossover of two boxes, crossing too many boxes, etc. are eliminated by a template. This consists of two sheets of soft PVC, joined by welding along two sides, between which the coupon is inserted. The front contains the same number of purposely weakened squares which correspond to the number of squares on the coupon. The squares to be used in the weekly permutation are pressed out so that only they can be filled in.</p> |
