Welding parameter display system - removes noise interference through averaging by periodical integration

Welding parameters such as the current are displayed and recorded by integrating an output signal for given integration intervals. Each integration cycle is repeated and each result is stored until the next integrated value has become available. The averaged parameter is recorded or used directly for the control of the welding operation. This produces continuously reliable data for monitoring or controlling a welding operation. This deals with the strong noise content in all welding signals and removes subjective errors in reading fluctuating pointer indications.
