摘要 An amplification-type solid-state imaging apparatus and an electronic information device are provided to add at least an additional shutter operation before an original shutter operation or after a reading operation to suppress a phenomenon having a horizontal stripe pattern at the cycle of the sharing number of pixel units which occurs conventionally when strong incident light is received at a photoelectric conversion device, thereby correctly reading an original signal from a currently-read pixel unit. An amplification-type solid-state imaging apparatus has photoelectric conversion devices(PD1~PD4) and plural pixel units(10). The photoelectric conversion device receives the light of a subject and performs photoelectric conversion on the light of the subject. Each of the plural pixel units includes transmission units(T1-1~T1-4) capable of transmitting signal charge from the photoelectric conversion devices to a charge detecting unit(FD). The plural pixel units are respectively connected to the charge detecting unit. The amplification-type solid-state imaging apparatus amplifies and reads the electric potential of the charge detecting unit as signal data for each of the pixel units. When one of the plural pixel units sharing the charge detecting unit performs an original shutter operation, a shutter control unit performs an additional shutter operation on residual pixel units which share the charge detecting unit and one pixel unit and have not performed the original shutter operation yet.
